Chandeliers....Not Just For Dining Rooms - One Room Challenge Week 6
Let there be light! I mean maybe that sounds dramatic but our windowless, one bulb laundry room was really dark and drab. But thanks to our friends at Living Lighting Canada, we now have a gorgeous six bulb chandelier that is giving our laundry room all the glam vibes!
This is our 4th One Room Challenge and Living Lighting Canada has been with us, every step of the way! They’ve sponsored our projects and have never questioned our sometimes questionable, lighting choices.
Let’s take a walk down memory lane shall we?
Our first One Room Challenge was our ensuite bath in our Port Hope house. This was a two year old house and we were going from a single vanity to a double which also meant two light fixtures. We added a gorgeous feature wall and two of these “Oslo” Fixtures by Sea Gull Lighting. These sconces were the perfect lighting choice. You can read all about this makeover by clicking here!
Our 2nd One Room Challenge was in our current home where we turned a boring builder grade bathroom into a fun, bold, vintage inspired space. This”Jasper” fixture by Kichler was made for this bathroom, I love it so much! Click here to check out the total transformation of this space!
Moving right along to our 3rd One Room Challenge where we added three light fixtures, all Kichler, all from Living Lighting Canada. These were all incorporated into my new home office that we “made” in a funny little nook at the bottom of our basement stairs. We replaced the ceiling boob light with this Kichler fixture from their Armstrong Collection and Mr Uncluttered wired my feature wall for these gorgeous Alden sconces. One of my fave features in this entire space.
And now here we are, working away on One Room Challege number 4, our laundry room. One of our biggest renovations ever, outside of finishing our basement. And when I was looking for lighting, I knew I wanted lots of bulbs, super bright and something fun. When I landed on this Erzo 6 Light Chandelier I knew it was “the one”.
Thank you Living Lighting Canada for continuing to light up our lives and our home. We love building relationships with our favourite Canadian Brands, and we especially love working with all of you.
Now let’s head over to the One Room Challenge landing page and see what everyone else has been up to this week. The end is near, I know there’s been so much progress made!
Cheers!
