SIGNATURE PACKAGES

“The Shop Your House Package” - $250*

Incase you didn’t know, “Shop Your House” is my jam! It’s my most favourite way to change up a space.

Don’t have a budget for a reno or makeover?  Do you have lots of great home décor pieces in your home and just aren’t sure how to style them?   With this package I will come into your home for 75 minutes and we will shop your house, maybe move some furniture and give a room or two in your home a new look without breaking the bank.

“The Downsizing Package” - Starting at $500*

Did you know we have moved four times in six years? Two of the moves were in a nine month period in 2019. Each of them were a downsize. Trust me when I say, I have a flawless system

Getting ready to downsize your home?  Before it hits the market you need to declutter, sell, donate, etc.  This is one of my most favourite packages.  I will come in and give you my recommendations on where to get started.  I will leave you lists and set you up with my “Donate/Sell/Dump” system.    *If you would like for me to work alongside you on this, make dump runs and charity runs, this can also be done as an “add on” at a rate of $75/hour

DESIGN PACKAGES

(INTRODUCTORY PRICING)

“A Room With a View Package” - One room of your choice - Starting at $350

Includes:

In Home Consult – We will meet at your Home and you can show me your space! We will discuss your design vision, goals and budget!  I’m a big believer in “shopping your house” so we can take an inventory of what you have, that can be used in your space! Once this consult is complete, I will send you a design package and you can decide how you want to proceed with my recommendations.

1 Hour Shopping – we can shop together for furniture, paint, finishing touches, etc. or I can shop for you.

Recommendations – I can recommend painters, handyman, etc. that can perform work that you need done in the room we are working on.

Follow-Up – we can chat when your room is complete to discus any changes, tweaks, etc.

“Two of a Kind Package” - Two Rooms of Your Choice

Starting at $600

Includes

In Home Consult – we will meet at your Home and you can show me your space and we can talk about what your design vision/goal is.  We can take an inventory of what you have that we can be used the your space.  Once this consult is complete, I will send you a design package and you can decide how you want to proceed with my recommendations.

3 Hours Shopping – we can shop together for furniture, paint, finishing touches, etc. or I can shop for you.

Recommendations – I can recommend painters, handyman, etc. that can perform work that you need done in the room we are working on.

2 Hour Styling – Once any work has been completed – painting, wallpapering, flooring, etc. I will return and help you style the rooms

Follow-Up – we can chat when your rooms are complete to discus any changes, tweaks, etc.

“Home Sweet Home” Package – $1500 maximum of 5 rooms

Includes:

In Home Consult – we will meet and you can show me your space and we can talk about what your design vision/goal is.  We can take an inventory of what you have that we can be used the your space.  Once this consult is complete, I will send you a design package and you can decide how you want to proceed with my recommendations.

4 Hour Shopping – we can shop together for furniture, paint, finishing touches, etc. or I can shop for you.

Recommendations – I can recommend painters, handyman, etc. that can perform work that you need done in the room we are working on.

4 Hour Styling – Once any work has been completed – painting, wallpapering, flooring, etc. I will return and help you style the rooms

Follow-Up – we can chat when your rooms are complete to discus any changes, tweaks, etc.

“Color Your World” Package* (NEW)

In Person - $125

FaceTime - $75

Do you have your home design dilemmas under control but need help picking paint colours? I can help, in fact it’s one of my most favourite things to do!

“Virtual Design Consultation” Package* (NEW)

One Room - $150

Two Rooms - $250

If you live outside of the area I service, let’s FaceTime!  You give me a tour of your room(s) and I will send you a design package and mood board via email.
